That Magic Square

A warming ray is passing through
The fabric that is wrapping you;
It makes me want to hold you tight;
Let us have time to cuddle in the light.

The sunshine moves from here to there;
It’s summer in that magic square.
That’s why I say; “Give me a hug,”
Let us move to the sunshine on the shaggy rug.

The sun has chased away the moon;
But frost will not be leaving soon.
Let’s linger where warmth is supplied;
There is no need to go outside.

Because I’m glad that you are mine;
I want us to share kisses in the sunshine;
We can put off the morning chores;
You can keep on that sexy gown of yours.
